Edited!!! I have now changed for 2 to 1 star because you have lied!! No you did not inform me or a change in Length when the first wig was shipped, you had only told me this yesterday when I had emailed, I have gone through each and every email and nothing!! So further lies from you. Regardless of what you say the wig was never a 22inch because of how short it is in comparison to the other one. I sent you photos so please do not lie on me and say you told me beforehand that’s a really horrible thing to do. Does not care for customers happiness. Order number -Arabella159037 Ordered a wig that was lovely exact colour I wanted and length etc - wig does shed a little although this is probably because it’s a coloured wig. After having the wig for 1month I decided to order another one because I wanted it to look fresh again and because I liked the wig colour so much. So I made a new order exact same wig and exact same length. The wig came so short I could not believe it was nothing like the first wig I received. I had contacted them and their response was that they had sent me out a longer length on last order because the inch I wanted was out of stock. They did not inform me of this whatsoever!!! So I was ordering again based on the length I had received last time. They do not care!! I had explained that there is no way that the wig I have recieved is just 2inch shorter.. I’m absolutely disgusted that they then said for me to return and they will take £20 off me for sending it back. Please explain how this is right? You have basically drawn me in by the first wig and then ruined my second order. They said they sent a 24inch instead of 22inch .. (without telling me) so when I reordered the 22inch It came so much shorter!! To the point it looks like a 18inch Why would you not tell me you sent a longer length knowing I could possibly reorder again and on top of that send a wig that is not full like the first and incredibly short. If I knew you had sent a 24 inch I would have reordered a 24 inch but no you basically send me a wig that’s at-least 4 inch shorter at the bare minimum. Shocking. I’m just so annoyed because I was hoping that I’d found a good company to order from that actually values their customers.
