The hair is really pretty when you…
The hair is really pretty when you first pull it out the bag and put it on. I wanna say it lasted about a week. there is shedding, but that’s a lot of blonde hair. but I feel like this is a blend of synthetic and human hair. It mats up easily. I can straighten the hair but within an hour it’s messed up again.

However, lighter shades like blonde do go through more processing, which can sometimes lead to increased shedding or tangling, especially if not maintained properly. Still have not gotten my hair and I…
Still have not gotten my hair and I ordered clear back on May 3rd. Tracking number shows it's in Memphis but has been in Idaho where I live and now it's back in Memphis. Makes zero sense since all I see is people getting their hair faster then expected. Already a week past the day they said it would be delivered! Super disappointed considering the amount of money that was spent to purchase it!

The wig didn’t come as planned
The wig didn’t come as planned. It came 3 days late. However, it was soft and smell free! I would recommend this piece but don’t think that the delivery will be as promised.

They don’t accept returns
I ordered an ash blonde wig. When I got it I didn’t like the color in real life. They had me take pictures of it. And took me on a roller coaster for months. They forced me to accept the wig with a partial refund. They also advised me to sell it myself. They will never get a dime of my money. FORCED me to keep it. I NEVER WORE IT just took it out of the packaging and sent pictures so they can see it was never used . I have pictures and emails to prove but it doesn’t allow those pictures to be posted here

However, we still offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture and suggested that you keep the product to help you save on the high return shipping and restocking fees — not to force you to accept it. I’ve purchased hair from this company…
I’ve purchased hair from this company several times, but for some reason my hair was not 200% density nor 26in. The wig currently have is giving 180% 22in. I had to use it because I had graduation and it totally last minute. Other than that, lace is pretty decent.

I received a wig that was nothing like…
I received a wig that was nothing like photo it was totally different curl pattern and I’m sadly disappointed in the product.Also color pattern wasn’t blended at all and I can’t deal with it so won’t wear it. Horribly saddened by this. Only good thing I can say is it arrived quickly and was soft but the smell of processed hair was so strong. I’d love to submit photos to show what I recieved versus what I was supposed to receive.
