The lace is phenomenal
The lace is phenomenal ! The hair color looks very natural and professional. The inches were accurate and the density met my expectations. Will be ordering again!

These people are SCAMMERS
These people are SCAMMERS! They do not honor their return policy. I bought a wig for $262 and asked to return it because it was too small on my head - first they said they would send me the return address, then they started stalling and eventually said they could only refund me $70 on a WIG THAT HAS NOT BEEN WORN. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Hi Michelle We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you. This is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We will carefully review the entire handling process of your case to understand what went wrong and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Please rest assured that if the wig has not been used or installed, our policy does allow a return. To speed up the resolution, we’ve already located your order information and will prioritize your case. We’ll send you the correct return address as soon as possible. Again, we sincerely apologize and truly appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right. Please rest assured that we will follow up until everything is fully resolved. Arabella hair

Blonde is a girl's best friend
The wig color is so pretty and full. I had no issues with shipping, except I thought i had 2 shipping but it took longer than that. I still received it prior to Thanksgiving. The lace is nice and the length is accurate. The only issue I found was that it doesn't hold a curl for a long time. I have had minimal shedding and minimal tangling. I'm going to buy another one.

Hi Cristen Dumas Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re really happy to hear you loved the color, fullness, lace, and accurate length, and that the wig arrived before Thanksgiving even with the shipping confusion. Thank you also for mentioning the curl holding — your feedback really helps us improve. I’m glad to hear shedding and tangling have been minimal. We truly appreciate your support, and we’re excited to have you back for your next purchase! Arabella hair
