This was my first time using this company so I was skeptical but to my surprise the hair is fabulous and the shipping time superb.

Great quality not alot shedding which is great. Length is as described enjoying the versatility and color on both wigs.

I got my headband wig to be customized to 25 inch circumstance and it fits perfectly 🥰. It looks just as it does in the photo and not alot of shedding.

The hair is absolutely amazing it’s very soft ,and it gives a natural look .Definitely will be ordering another wig from them . Also my wig was suppose to come on aug 9 but it came early 💕😘

This is based off my personal experience. I purchased two wigs from this company. It arrived on the 27th of July. I was so excited about the wigs. When I got home I tried both wigs on and realized that the cap was extremely enormous. I had the adjustable straps inside and even pulled to the tightest option both wigs kept sliding off of my head. Based on the return policy, I immediately abided by their companies policy and procedures. I reached out to customer service chat line and was instructed to reach out to the customer service email address. I reached out to customer service and went into full detail explaining the issue that I was currently having. I explained that the wigs were still brand new, lace intact, not cut, lace not bleached, nothing plucked and nothing shampooed. I requested the return mailing address because at that point there was nothing that I could do with the wigs. I received a lot of running around from customer service. I was responded back days later, and it was blamed on the time difference. I was asked to send pictures so they can look at the current issue. I sent 24 pictures as well as a video, proving that absolutely nothing was done to the wigs other than taken out the original packaging and placed on my head and put back into the packaging. We had days of going back-and-forth through email until I was finally told that they were not give me back my money and they were only willing to offer a $54 refund. I explained to them in detail that I was not accepting $54 after I had almost spent $260 on two wigs. There was absolutely nothing that I could do with the wigs other than look at them in the packaging. I believe they accidentally sent me someone else’s custom made caps because it was extremely too big for a average size head. I’ve been wearing wigs for three years straight now and never had one complaint with Elva Hair. I admit that I tried to go the cheap route with going with this company and got burned. they have poor customer service that do not abide by their own return policy. they are unprofessional and a scam. They will steal your money. I have filed a formal complaint with my financial institution and have supplied them with all of the necessary documents that they’ve asked me for regarding the email receipts. I am looking for a positive outcome in this situation. I would advise all customers to be careful unless you are wanting to be ripped off. This company is a scam and need to be put out of business. They are thieves. If I can give them a -10 stars I would. You see how they don’t pay attention… this person just responded to my review and I’ve already given 24 pictures… read the entire review… Please

i’m sooo in love with this wig this is one of the best wigs i have purchased it’s super soft and durable! the lace was HD quality i definitely recommend to buy this wig its worth it!

My daughter loved her wig. The wig was so soft. We will be ordering again in the future.
