The shopping experience, from just looking at products to buying products to having everything shipped to the house, was great! Evrything shipped in a timely fashion, they even threw in a discount code for the next order and some stickers! To top it off the packing slip had a thank you note on it. (Btw thanks eric!) Any time i need parts for my next ar build i will definitely be buying from them again!

I ordered two Magpul magazines and was given a 10% code to use when ordering as I was a first time buyer. I tried the code and it didn't work so I used the chat line and talked to a very polite young lady. She gave me a new code to use and I tried it. It didn't work either but as the young lady stayed with me I discovered that it was my error causing the code to not be accepted. Again, it was my mistake and I did finally get my discount. I was very pleased with the patience given by the customer support. I received my items quickly and they arrived as described. Bottom line, excellent service and very fast shipping. UPDATE: They didn't change they way they shipped the new barrel and won't respond to me. Won't respond, deleted comments then pretended like they didn't. Trash customer service. If you want damaged/and dirty parts buy from these people.

This is my first time ordering from AR15Discounts and I am extremely pleased with the experience.
