It's always easy to speak with a representative and have found them to be helpful. However, I find the shipping process very slow.

The water tastes great
The water tastes great. A lot of time spent emptying and refilling tank for one person household. A design improvement on the rollers to turn the carafe around to get to the tank for a refill. I had to order the roller caster which helps, but it only comes straight out. A roller caster that rotated 180 or 360 degrees might be more helpful.

Good: The order was easy to do on the web site and the products was delivered quickly and without damage in transit. Bad: the only way to order blue filter is with one year or two year pack, not say one filter of each kind. VERy Very annoying
