The products are wonderful. We're very happy with the quality of the machine that we bought as well as the filters. The filtration system has made it so that our water is so pure. I seldom have to clean my coffee pot. They used to have to clean my coffee maker at least six times a year. Now it seems like it never requires it. That just tells you how much it's taking out of the water

My picture broke and it was of no fault. Other than it just broke the company replaced. It got it to me right away. Customer service was amazing and I just had the product for a little less than a month. Love the product love the customer service highly recommend thank you so much for the support.

Everyone I speak with is always very pleasant and very helpful. I am always told about any specials or discounts. As well, this is the only water filter I have found that truly cleans the water properly. Also, this is the only water purifier I am able to drink without feeling sick
