Very disappointed with my AquaTru. I bought it in April, and it constantly slows down and stops. I have to descale it every three weeks, which is exhausting. I even replaced the filters, but the problem continues. The filters are expensive, and overall it has been a frustrating experience.

While initially it worked, that did not last long. From having to replace the first (yellow) filter in less then two months, and the second (blue) filter soon thereafter. The water processing/filtering is slooooow, it is beyond ridiculous. It drips, there's no flow to it at all. We troubleshot the machine for every possible thing that may be responsible for the drip-drip-drip, rather than having a regular flow. It takes forever to fill up the pitcher. This, along with having to purchase filters 'every five minutes' is simply not worth it. Less then three months, and we're ready to go back to the horrible Brita water pitcher; at least we don't wait for the filtered water for a whole day. Steer away from this product. Go for something else.

Very controversial company, shady owners. They offered no response to the recent allegations against them. I have lost all trust in this company. Do not buy from them! EDIT: They flagged my review as defamatory, wow. So rather than responding, you try to ban all the reviews calling you out. This makes you look even worse. DISGRACEFUL AND SHAMELESS.

Order AU11872 Confirmed 11 Nov 2025 I"m using this carafe one year. My patience is finish. Take more than one hour to filter 1.5 litre of water, so slow drop by drop! And I lost my time with. Not happy at all! Plus it is so expensive Carafe and replace filters (400+120), the size of filters its so smole. Now the quuestion is how is that real quality of filtered water I"m drinking!?

I bought two water filters for my parents in Spain. They were supposed to be delivered through DPD and then SEUR. Someone in the delivery process (I do not know which one of the companies) made up that my parents were not home when the package was arriving, which was false. We had to change the delivery address to someone else after multiple lies. Then only one of the two water filters was delivered. Aquatrue keeps saying they can do nothing about it and to this day no solution has been found, close to a month after the purchase I still do not have the product I paid for, and it is not a cheap one.
