Love the product and customer service.
First of all, I love your product! I trust that I am drinking clean, purified water. You sent the filters that I needed quickly so I could replace them myself. I ordered each one of my children a water purifying system for their house. Thank you! Mary

A Necessity!
We have had AquaTru for years and feel it is the best filtration system we could add to our condo. We have no cat odors, no musty smells, no lingering food odors.

The carafe came on time and was nicely packaged. The instructions for set up and operation were clear and helpful. Once set up the water tasted great. Thank you for a countertop RO system that is easy to set up, portable and wastes so much less water!

Although my first unit was defective…
Although my first unit was defective and it stopped working after 4 days, the second one is performing great and as described! Love the design and easiness of its use. Great for the price! Very satisfied with customer service, kudos to Luisa, who helped me get through the frustrating times of the first unit and professionally assisted throughout the process of getting a new one! Water tastes so much better with AquaTru!
