Simply put, we love the Awuattu RO filtering machine.

Customer service was great!

When my AquaTru Carafe arrived, my first thought was, "Uh oh, this might be too small." I'm so glad I gave it a chance! Once I started using it and understood how it works, I realized it's exactly the right size for the two of us. It fits easily on the counter and keeps up with our daily drinking and cooking needs. The biggest win has been no longer buying bottled water. That's huge for us. No more lugging heavy cases of water home from the store, and no more drinking from single-use plastic. Knowing we're no longer adding thousands of plastic bottles to the landfill makes it feel even better. AquaTru also offers a stand that attaches to the bottom of the carafe (sold separately for about $29), and its genius. At the push of a button, the carafe glides forward, which makes refilling so much easier. It was well worth the extra purchase and has made a real difference in how convenient the whole process is. I'm absolutely loving this purchase and would highly recommend the Carafe model to anyone in a small household.

Great customer service. Thanks!
