I love the taste of the water and it definitely does the job. I'm content with its performance. The problem I'm having is that I have a hard time pulling up the back tank in order to refill it...would have liked a smoother removal. Would be nice to have an option for colder water too.

The initial configuration with the added minerals produced an unpleasant odor, making the water undrinkable. The company sent a free replacement, though there was a long wait for it. The water is now odorless, but I have no way to verify its quality.

Great tasting water. The water tank is a bit small and wish you didn’t have to lift up the tank to activate the purification process.

Although I don't notice any difference in my hair or skin, the shower head itself is comfortable to use, with its variety of settings. I tested the water for the number of ppm, but it is the same as what I find in my tap water. I understand the showerhead filters out other stuff besides what is in my drinking water. Overall, we have purchased another head and will continue to assess it.
