Worst team CX members
Worst team member, he says that I have de-scale the build every week and thats my solution and he does not agree that the unit is at fault. I regret buying AQuatru. Customer experience/ maintenance team are useless, all they tell you is"it is perfectly normal for the unit to have issues and all you need to do is de-scale".

Poor quality
⭐ 1 Star – Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service I recommend avoiding this water filtration system. I was gifted one, and within a year, the base stopped filtering water. The company sent a replacement, only for it to fail again seven months later. After spending hours troubleshooting, descaling, and speaking with technical support, I was told they had been experiencing numerous issues with these products. Yet they refused to offer an upgraded replacement or a reasonable solution. I had also recently purchased new filters, only to be told my options were to throw the entire system away or ship it back at my own expense. If you stand behind your product - you should find a solution to support your customers. I look forward to going back to my Berkey water filter.

Ordered replacement parts for my counter system got a letter things were delayed then saw the order was canceled Sent an email as yet no response in over a month Seems customer service is lacking We love the system but I guess you no longer do creditable customer service

This product is quite expensive and it broke down in 6 months. I do not recommend not only because the product broke after 6 months but customer serice is quite unhelpful. They sent alternate instructions for descaling (which we had to pay for a kit), and troubleshooting back and forth multiple times until the only resolution was to ship a new unit which we were forced to pay shipping for. While we are in LA and water can be harder, it was above their threshold. I would not recommend anyone purchase.

Great Carafe Machine. I want to try another one with extra filters
I had your Carafe machine less than 2 months. 35 days out of that time I spent struggling to get 1 gallon of water to be processed in a full day. I contacted you about it and they said it needed to be descaled and they would send me a descaling kit. That took 2 weeks because they said they were out of stock. I finally was able to descale it and it didn't help., so they said the pump was probably plugged as it was making a strange noise. So I sent it back for a full refund. I was willing to try changing the filters, but they said since our water was so hard in this area it probably wouldn't help. I really liked the machine and the water I did get was very good. Your company knew my zip code. Why wasn't I warned ahead of time that there might be problems??

A $375 purifier should last longer than a few months
I bought an AquaTru Carafe for $375 on April 24. By September 11, less than five months later, it completely stopped working. I tried restarting it and cleaning the tank and valves. AquaTru then recommended a descaling kit. I waited for their kit, followed all the instructions exactly, and got the same result. No improvement. On September 29, I sent a photo, explained that descaling had not worked, requested a full refund, and offered to return the unit. As of October 9, I have received no substantive response to that request. It has now been four weeks since I first reported the fault. For $375, I expected a reliable water filter. I did not expect to spend weeks troubleshooting it and chasing a response within the first six months of ownership.
