We love ours. No more heavy flats of bottles from Sam’s Club. Less trips to recycling with endless stored bottles. Easy and convenient. My hubby is kinda particular about his water. He says after getting used to this filtered water, the bottled doesn’t even taste good anymore.

From ordering to shipping and delivery, and instructions for set up and use was all so easy! The product was packed well and feels like it is made of quality materials. It is not as loud as I expected, it is actually pretty quiet. The water is delicious. I drink more now as it is actually enjoyable. My coffee is much better too. We are a household of 2. And got the carafe model. We are fairly active so I am emptying and refilling the water tank about 3 times a day. I think if you had a larger family, you’d want to go for the classic. I definitely recommend this product, especially if your tap water is high in chlorine or just generally tastes bad.
