I had the classic and they stopped working and I was fed up so I decided to try the Carafe, so far so good. It's a lot easier to use.

Great! I’ve been very pleased with my countertop water filter. The replacement filter initially had to return because I had made a mistake on the address, but the customer service at AquaTru was great and quickly resolved the issue and it showed up soon after.

I’m loving the ease of having purified water from my AquaTru dispenser. It fits well on my kitchen counter and I bought 2 extra glass pitchers to keep in the fridge. Would highly recommend!
