Base Unit issue
We had a problem with our base unit.Fernando took on the problem with great customer care and knowledge. The Man kept in touch with me until our new replacement unit arrived. He made the process seamless.

Because my son has a severe mental handicap and rents his home, we have looked for a way to purify the water he drinks and cooks with. We are amazed at how well the Aqua Tru RO system works. It truly is a great machine with very little maintenance needed. It was exactly as described and arrived quickly. We have no complaints at all. We enjoy drinking the water when we are there. Thank you AquaTru for some peace of mind.
