I love the taste of this water, its very clean! The only downfall is constantly dumping and refilling the filter container. I have the larger countertop one, I keep it next to the sink so easy to refill, but you have to dump first. It doesn't hold as much water as I would like it to, but overall I am very happy with it because of the quality of water, and that was the reason for purchase.

Received the product, unboxed, setup and ready to use in like 15 minutes. I purchased an additional caraffe to allow me to keep one in the fridge while the other stays landed under the machine. I use this to fill my coffee maker, toss a little on some plants etc. I also use it to re-fill the cold pitcher.....works good for my application

I love having clean pure water. However, as a single woman who drinks a lot of water I find I have to refill the pitcher twice a day due to the small size. When pouring water from the pitcher the lid falls out and water goes all over.
