Once I got everything out of the box
Once I got everything out of the box, read instructions and set it up, it seemed to go well (used chat to ask a question). I will need to be extra careful when handling the glass carafe!

Really Pure Water
I live where the water is hard and I could see the sediments from the accumulation on my faucets. Now that I have tried Aquatru water (with their mineral drops) I feel much better and know I'm drinking better water.

Yay for second aquatru system…
We have had our first aquatru system for several years and it finally started having issues so we had to get a replacement as we depend on it all day long and we got a discount when we called and so are pleased w our experience and that put filters we still had will work w our new water robot as our kids call it. Thank you.

The entire family loves our AquaTru and…
The entire family loves our AquaTru and we can't get over how different our water tastes. Only downside is how often we have to refill our tank. Nothing yiu can do about it, as it's part of the filtration system. With that being said, we're obviously drinking a lot of water. So it's doing what it's supposed. No complaints here!!
