I ordered the counter top filter 2 weeks ago. The £464 left my account immediately. For 2 weeks there has been no confirmation email for the order and I have contacted AquaTru by email, phone, WhatsApp to find our what's going on. I now want my money back because how can I trust a company with such bad customer service? If the product arrives faulty I'm sure they're not going to do anything about it. Such a waste of time and money.

This company has no customer focus at all, avoid at all costs , I placed an order with them on the Uk website on 27 nov, please note all contacts are in Netherlands , they took my money £405 straight away and as of today I still have no unit and indeed no idea of delivery and they still have my cash . I have emailed and got a message to say delivery would be 7-10 days but no items or despatch notice yet received . I have called them and sent many message , they say my order was placed with UK distributor called Aquatru Uk so is same product , same name but not their problem apparently . Avoid at all costs would be my advice and order another product from a company who really is focused on the customer. I will come back and update the review if any progress at all

I have bought Aquatru Carafe. It's been a week and the base unit as already started leaking water. Customer service is not responding to my calls. I wish I had seen the comments here before buying a product from them.

I strongly advice that you do not buy this product. Just after a year the product began to default. Nothing to do about it other than sending it in, pay for it, both shipping and repair, and then hope for the best. I think not.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their approach to customer service. Despite following every single instruction they provided to resolve the issue with my AquaTru system, the problem persists. I spent a considerable amount of money on this product, including purchasing additional filters for two years in advance, yet I’m left with a malfunctioning device and no real support from the company. Instead, they expect me to cover the shipping costs to return the defective filter for inspection under warranty. And judging by their tone, it seems like they'll blame the issue on me rather than standing behind their product. This is not how a company that values its customers should operate. I cannot recommend their products or service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and wasted money.

I received my Aquatru Carafe Reverse Osmosis in early July. It was not able to up-take water within 4 months and was a total fail. Company could care less. This company was recommended by Sayer Ji of Greenmedinfo. He should get out of the recommendation business. I live in AZ where there is hard water, that's one of the reasons why I bought this portable device. They will sell you a product they know will fail. This is a California Company. Do I need to say more?

Appalling customer service. I ordered some new filters and scaling packs to use on my machine. Filtering water took forever and started to produce heated water which was really strange. I reported this and asked for a machine after doing several troubleshooting things which didn’t work and they refused to offer me a replacement.

I am writing to thank people for their honest reviews based on their experience. I have spent many hours reviewing water purifiers for all the things I needed to have removed in water. Had decided on this Company. Needed 5 water purifiers - one is a considerable purchase! But too nervous about Customer Services to now purchase for myself, work and family! Research begins all over again! Gratitude for your Reviews and so sorry about your after sales service!
