They went above and beyond!
Jesus went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my aquatru. I had purchased the akaline filter and realized that it was giving me an upset stomach. I originally thought he could help me return the akaline filter but he actually helped me exchange it. Afterwards, i followed up with him and told him that i had an extra alkaline filter since i had purchased a 1 year filter pack and he helped me exchange that as well. I was super surprised by the level of service and really enjoy the great tasting water i have with my aquatru carafe!
