The order was filled quickly and arrived within a few days however the packaging, and perhaps at no fault of the distributor, was disastrous. it looked like someone had tried to get into the box and when they couldn't fit they sat on it. it was just Dirt so no damage to the product! :) I would still order from you again! :)

Hello Bobby, On your last email we let you know that we sent your order out 1st thing in the morning on the very first shipping day with FedEx and it got to you from the West Coast on time even though there was a hurricane going on that disrupted shipping. You had said that you understood, and that you would reflect a good score for your shipment from us. Just so you know, a bad review is a kiss of death to a business like ours, when everything was done exceptionally, we had hoped you would reconsider your below-average review of us. Thank you very much, Aquatic Warehouse

Very good product for the money I have owned Cascade filters for over 16 years. Very reliable and low maintenance for the price not to mention the guys at Aquatic Warehouse and their fast shipping
