Hello Bobby, On your last email we let you know that we sent your order out 1st thing in the morning on the very first shipping day with FedEx and it got to you from the West Coast on time even though there was a hurricane going on that disrupted shipping. You had said that you understood, and that you would reflect a good score for your shipment from us.
