I ordered snails and Christmas moss and they got here in good condition. The snails started moving right away and it's been a few weeks since and they are doing a great job of cleaning my tank.

Shrimp, plants, and rabbit snails were all healthy when they arrived! I love my rabbit snails, they are so much fun to watch and so active. They’re all healthy little creatures.

Plants arrived quickly, healthy and alive.

Order 3 golden mystery snails 2/3 were alive and well, I waited 48 hours to see if any chance he was just shy and he sadly was dead I emailed and they gave me a refund for the snail. I also ordered spider wood it was a beautiful peace of wood no sharp edges and perfect! Over great experience and super good price and quality will definitely be buying more from here if I need it.

Snails arrived in good shape and on time.

Repeat customer always receive quality plants. Will continue to order from them.

I have been in the aquarium hobby for over 30 years. I have had freshwater, saltwater, and even seahorse (shipped from Hawaii) tanks. I found Aquaticmotiv in April 2025 and honestly would go no where else to purchase plants or livestock. They go the extra mile for their customers and really care about the how the plants and livestock are handled. They are prompt in answering your emails as well.

I have been to a lot of aquarium stores, and this one stands out for both variety and care. Every tank is clean and well-maintained, and the sails and shrimp were active and healthy. The staff helped me pick compatible tank mates for my 55-gallon setup and even advised on cycling tips. It’s clear they know their stuff and genuinely care about their animal.
