Received hair grass that was brown, Unknown whether it was my delay in pick up or they came that way. Seems that wouldn't have made any difference. Trying to nurse them back to health is my only option. I have ordered hair grass from another vendor just in case. The long time lag between the date of order and the arrival of said order influenced the purchase of plants by this vendor.As the need for additional plants arise, I will keep this distributor in mind, but will probably choose another.

Plants were a little slow to ship. Less than a week later the Limnophila hippuroides have completely rotted. Very disappointed. The other plants are doing great.

Most items in my order were correct and arrived in good condition however there was a small mishap with shipping me a wrong plant that their costumer service wasnt to helpful with. However I think I would consider ordering from them again.

A few DOA plants, a few in conditions that were overgrown and difficult to work with. But overall, very happy... understanding the distance for the items to travel. Great pricing, but certain items (val in particular and java moss) shouldn't be in transit for as long or... weren't great to start with? Definitely, need to add more ice packs in the order. My bad on that end.
