Website was very easy to navigate, and had helpful descriptions. I ordered live plants, with express 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to arrive. The shipping is the fault of FedEx, but when I contacted support they responded at first, but then ghosted me with no further response, and an unsolved problem.

The order arrived 6 days late. Three of the potted plants really didn't like being in transit that long and are still looking bad a week later. The other plants in the order looked okay, but haven't yet started to take off in the tank. Obviously this is due largely to the shipper (FedEx)

Two of the three plants I ordered turned out really great. I'm having some difficulty getting the Cabomba Purple to settle in my planted aquarium. It's been a bit brown and stems seem to be browning too. The Anacharis (Egeria densa) and the Ammannia Senegalensis Red are doing great and I am really happy with the lovely color they add to my tank.

Good value but would have like an assortment that included stem plays as well.

Small, half limp cuttings even with the added cold pack and coming well packaged, and only 2 days in transit with normal summer weather. No branching to speak of. They will probably still do okay in the pond after a week or so to recover and eventually grow but for the price I expected a bit better than just something that was snipped off in regular pruning.

Ordered 3 pots of giant hairgrass. Came will duckweed and baby snails, which was okay with me but maybe not others. 1 of 3 pots was pretty melty and dead.

Great intentions and quick shipping although only one out of three bunch plants purchased even made it- even after purchasing an ice pack (was not aware the ice packs are the size of a thick dollar bill) The ice completely melted within the packaging and so the plants wrapped on the outside of the only plant that made it- melted after being out in water for only 4 days- I would suggest giving more info about the ice and requiring at least two-three ice packs for weather over 80 preventing poor received quality.
