I was very happy with how it was packaged. I had placed a pretty big order so I was pleased to see they were shipped in a styrofoam box with several ice packs. The only complaint I have is that the hornwort didn't ship so well and a lot of it had turned brown in the two days from the company to my house. Or, alternatively, the plant was already dying but it was packaged up.

Everything arrived exactly as described and functions perfectly. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it took nearly a month for my items to ship.

I have been using these guys for several years. I love the variety that Aquariumplants.com has. Prices are the cheapest of anyone before and after Covid. Though they have went up a little, it's not nearly as much as everyone has. The packaging and shipment of plants is always great. They allow you to purchase heat packs or ice packs as needed which is very useful. Shipping is always a flat 9.99 which is great, and I appreciate the consistency very much. I do wish they would separate the different plants into different bags, but that's just a personal preference because I believe they would ship better if they weren't all lumped together in one bag. I get it that they do this on a large scale and this method is what is most cost effective for them, so that's fine. Customer service is hard to contact. Messaging them through their messaging feature on the website never yields any response. Sometimes some plants arrive melted, and based on their website, I should be entitled to refunds, but I can never figure out how to make that happen since they don't respond to messages. So I keep using them because I know what to expect, and I prefer the cheaper pricing and larger options for variety, I now know which plants are most likely to arrive melted so order extra of those types to try and ensure I have what I need, or I just get those types elsewhere. (Water Wisteria always arrives melted) Another con is that if something is out of stock or unavailable it could be that way for several months, and you never know if you are getting submerged or emersed forms of growth until they arrive. But overall they are the best place to get aquarium plants if you need a lot at an affordable rate.

The plants I recieved were exactly what I wanted and they are thriving in both tanks with little to no melt at all!

Service is great and as advertised - except when Randy sends the wrong lily or not the number of lilies ordered. I think Randy needs a spanking.

All the plants arrived in good condition but the guppy grass. The guppy grass was brown and so was the water it was in. The plants are in my aquariums and looking good. This is the first time I have received a dead plant from you.

Plants are always healthy, arrive packaged nicely. Would be great if they were a little bit cheaper, but otherwise, will continue to get my aquarium plants here.
