Plants definitely seem emersed if not just transitioning from which was a little disappointing given only 1/4 I bought was noted as that

Plants arrived very fast and look amazing. I’ve NEVER have seen such fresh and well preserved/prepped (emergent/submergent) aquatic plants. I only wanted to pass on to always Quarantine or sanitize anything you are adding to any system you’re invested in. I lost 100% of my SSS grade crystal shrimps colony, 75% of my painted fire red neo shrimps, 99% of my crystal green neo shrimps, and 50% of my blue dream neo shrimps, 0% of cull shrimps (no plants added). All in all $50 of amazingly fresh plants resulted in (due to no qt), over 3 years of dedication and in total over 150 shrimps lost in 36 hours of the new plants being introduced into 4 aquariums. The cause of death was Vorticella, a common hitchhiker found on aquatic plants grown outside of lab conditions. Im aware that you could say that with pristine water and regular water testing that this could have been prevented. In my opinion, it’s clear that by adding the plants, I introduced Vorticella and it quickly multiplied. This chain of occurrences, resulted in the loss of livestock. The plant arrived healthily and flowered a few days after I received it. However, I am unhappy with their customer service. Aquarium plants was/is offering a special discounted shipping option for live plants (2nd day air for $9.99). Since there was no checkout option available at the discounted price, I contacted Aquarium plants. I was told to pay for a more expensive shipping option and that the difference would be refunded. I still have not received the refund. I sent them a cordial reminder about the refund several weeks after receiving the plant. They responded by sending me a copy of the invoice with no explanation or refund given. I would have been happy to pay the extra $9, but they offered reduced shipping and never followed through. Five stars for the plant. Three stars for promising something and not delivering.

Somehow I did not read on the website that plants are shipped on Tue/Wed. The plants arrived looking a bit brown so I had to toss those parts. I'm hoping the rest will perk up soon.

Very happy with the jungle val I got, it's doing wonderful. The guppy grass I received however was fairly dead to start with. It's not doing well at all and I'm debating pulling it all out and tossing it, before it fully dies and breaks apart in my tank.

Excellent service and packing, plants very clean but disappointingly small (very small, actually). Aq. Plants is encouraged to indicate a size range in the plant descriptions, updated to suit plants on hand, as other suppliers have often done.

The site was manageable and the plants came well packaged in a timely manner. My only complaint was with the lack of variety of plants (almost no substrate plants) and almost zero labeling on what they were.

When I ordered them I was charged 2 day shipping I didn't receive them until a week later
