bad customer service. no response to emails. delayed shipping and over charged on shipping charges WILL NOT order from this company again.

I did not receive my free plants. I ordered two each of Myriophyllum and two kinds of swords but you did not send the third plants of each. Could you please look into this and send them? Thank you I also sent an inquiry via your webform but have not heard back

The driftwood is awesome, but not all of my plants arrived. The shipping invoice just has the number scribbled and it says out. Do I get my money back? Will they ship the corkscrew val when it arrives? Confused

The first time I ordered I had 3 leaches or some sort of leach looking thing come out of the plants in the quarantine tank. And then this order I got 2 orders of java moss and almost 3/4 arrived brown and shriveled up. I tried putting it in the tank to bring it back with 0 luck.

What really bothered me was that I had ordered some plants that where on sale for Black Friday and then they canceled my order because of a problem with their system “giving false discounts” , it’s not my fault your systems tweaked. Once I went back to try and order the same plants full price they where all sold out! Didn’t even wanna bother ordering anymore.

My duckweed that I ordered was full of moth eggs. Tried to reach customer service and didn't hear back.

I knew it was going to be over-priced. But the amount of the plant that you get for your money is so ridiculously small... so teeny, so tiny, so small... that when I opened it, I instantly felt like a schmuck for ordering it on-line. Plus, I sent an email to them with a question and they never responded. Don't buy.
