Over 2 weeks since ordered and have not received.

Very unusual/hateful response. Received an email regarding Order update / Cancelled, Refunded. The individual actually resorted to name calling. Claiming I gave them a bad review; which I did not do. Had no reason to, til now! Told me to go elsewhere?!?! Very bizarre! I've since found numerous bad reviews about these people. Stay away!

I was misinformed by their website about specific trees I thought I was buying and when I enformed them and requested my money back I got 4.99 instead of my full refund 26.57 if I was correctly informed I wouldn't have spent any money on bushes and aquatic plants and 14.99 shipping on plants I didn't want in the first place when I thought I was buying a small tree like in their picture as well as their own description. I requested a full refund.

They made a shipping mistake – I paid for 2nd day air and they shipped via USPS priority mail, which delayed delivery. But please, read on … The plants arrived late and were melted, they failed to communicate when I asked for replacements. I text, emailed, and called and although they promised to ‘take care of it’ they went silent. When I finally talked with the 'owner' on the phone he was very angry, highly unprofessional, and the most amazing part – was mad at me. He even went as far as to call me a "****ing Democrat," which I’m not and really don’t know what that has to do with anything. After calling me a vulgar name, he hung up on me. Wow!! I have bought over $2,000 worth of merchandise from AquariumPlants.com but would never spend another dime and would highly recommend that anyone who reads this review and is contemplating doing business with them reconsider. There are several other reputable online plant retailers. I hope my account of the 'true' nature of who you are dealing with will prevent you from experiencing the same horrific customer service that I received. Mistakes / delays happen … all they had to do was replace the plants. Instead, they chose to avoid the situation and then lash out when finally confronted – extremely disappointed!

I have not got the product it takes way to long

I ordered 4 items and none of them were shipped, then I got a refund for that order, that I did not cancel. Very disappointed.

Packaged live plants in paper when it's winter in Minnesota. They froze and died in shipping. Didn't get a refund or anything. Pretty good way to lose $22. I don't see how I'm supposed to get the plant right when they arrive when I have to be at school and can't control when they arrive.

I’m actually giving it a star to be able to write a review. They falsely advertise their products I was waiting for my shipment for more the 2 wewks when I checked online my order was canceled and the price on the product was $50 dollars more than the price I bought for The guy who attended the phone gave 101 excuses He told me the only thing I could do was buy at the new price That they no longer have the product ( but still show availability on line but of course $50 dollars more He was very disrespectful and told me to stop calling and to get a hobby Or something I do have several hobbies one of them being a 200 gallons Saltwater tank. The product that I bought and was canceled was fish amino acids
