Seldom, write a review but here is the exception. My order was for stem and potted plants. As for the condition of the plants, ALL were in Outstanding condition. The packaging was the best i have ever seen. Its been about 4 weeks and Zero issue's with the plants. I would HIGHLY advise anyone considering placing an order with AquariumPlants.com to do so, Without any concerns. Great service and shipping as well. I will ABSOLUTELY order again due to my first experience with them.

I’ve ordered from them a few times and for those that are complaining about their plants not coming in on time etc. once the seller ships them it is completely out of their hands so if any plants do not arrive on time or on schedule, it is no fault of the company That shipped them just food for thought. Also for those complaining all the time about the plants, don’t look like the picture just remember plants take time to acclimate. I have been very satisfied with all my plants that I’ve ordered from them sometimes they don’t make it, but that’s is on me not the seller. Stuff happens and sometimes you need to look in the mirror and realize that maybe it is you not them. If you want perfect looking plants, I suggest you buy plastic.

Randy actually called me to let me know that they had 1 item out of stock til the following week. So I agreed to wait until the item was back in stock. The item was not back in yet so he sent me potted instead of bareroot. All the plants arrived in perfect condition. Thanks for your great customer service!
