The plants were exactly as described and all arrived alive.

I needed the order to arrive at a certain time and it did. The plants were awesome and looked like the picture on the website. I have recently purchased from other on-line aquarium plant stores and, in my experience, AquariumPlants,com tops them all.

Plants arrived in great shape considering I ordered in winter. One plant was missing from the order, which is understandable because I ordered the same plant but 2 of the potted and one unpotted, making it unintentionally confusing. They rectified it. I haven’t experienced any melting, ludwigia is doing especially well.
