Order was shipped to wrong address. I got their order after it traveling around the south for two weeks. Had their address on package and my address covering it with a small sticker. They reshipped my correct order but my two day shipping ended up 5 days. Was hung up on by one representative and they tried to blame shippers when it was obviously their mistake. I asked for a refund but have not seen it as yet. UPDATE Talked to someone else at the company and he refunded my order. I guess it depends on who you get on the phone as to the service you receive. I upgraded from one to three stars because the shipping was still a bad experience.

Hornwort was infested with pest snails. They were crawling up the side of the packaging and all over. Monte carlo looks in good condition, however.

The jungle valleseria all died. Other plants in the order were fine but th JV was in really bad shape iron arrival.

Did not receive the rotala i ordered.

Plants were fine, although the cholla wood I ordered for my shrimp tank had lost of baby spiders on it, including lots of webs that I had to remove. Took a little work but plants seem good for now

I did end up getting my plants but it took nearly 2 weeks to get them, this was based off of aquarium plants not the shipping company, also one of the plants the the red fosters half of the leaves were black and I don’t know if the plant will be usable, in an isolation tank currently

I ordered 3 fiddler crabs, received 4. Much larger than expected. Put in 20 gallon fish tank to clean algae. They escaped the tank, had to find and catch them. Pretty funny experience.
