I won't be buying more plants. My tanks are infested with pond snails from your plants, now

When advertising anything, you want it to be accurate. I was disappointed with my my order because I paid for a 2 day shipping fee, and it took 10 days to get it. On top of that I was given potted plants when my order was for mats. The plants itself was okay. I guess it just wasn't my day.

2 weeks after submitted my order i have not received it yet. I cannot see any update on the website, cannot check the status. I am not even sure it has been sent.

The plants were much smaller than advertised.but arrived healthy.

Snails and worms galore. My tank is now full of them in 4 weeks.

I have beautiful new plants and a huge snail infestation taking over my entire aquarium. Very disappointing because the plants are so nice.

I was very disappointed in these plants. When they arrived, they looked pretty good but they started melting when I put them in my aquarium. I sent the company a message and they never bothered to email me back. One or two of the plants may survive but most are a lost cause. ***Update*** Seller says I do not have correct setup. All of my aquariums are heavily planted with aquasoil and equipped with grow lights. These ARE GROWN EMERSED! Owner called me up yelling. Very bad cust svcs. Stem plants like rotala did not survive.

A few fish friends recommended aquarium plants so I figured I'd give it a go. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Because the shipping was so slow I tried to cancel my order multiple times. No response. I'll be curious to see how the plant quality is when they arrive, because lets face it, the return shipping and hassle wont be worth it at this point. Not to mention, I'd actually have be be able to get a hold of customer service to send anything back. Next time I'll order from Aquarium Co-Op or Buce Plants. More expensive, but better overall service. Also paid for quick shipping, they didn't process my order for 5 days, 8 days before I got a confirmation email that they were at the fedex facility. Lets see if they come quickly.
