I tried to place an order online and it kept rejecting my order. I called and the agent on the phone was rude, disrespectful and did not care whether I made more purchases or not with y'all. I told him that there was nothing wrong with the address, I had a purchase that was to arrive and I did not have a problem with that one. He said he didn't know and for me to figure it out.

Plants came and their packaging is not the greatest. Box was fragile and ruined by the time it got here. Plants were dried out and still beyond fried even with ice packs. I can bring plants back to life so it’s “fine” But the amount of snails was annoying.I def do not want them in my tank but also don’t want to kill these poor creatures. Very frustrating to deal with. Broke my heart. I’ll stick to my previous plant dealer. I don’t have to pay them extra to ship plants appropriately.

My plants arrived brown and mushy on the ends. I even paid an extra $1.99 for the ice pack, but the ice pack was no longer an ice pack when the plants arrived, so I don’t even know what the purpose is. I tried cutting the ends off, but they continued to brown in the water. I ended up taking them out of my aquarium and throwing all of them in the trash. I am extremely disappointed in my purchase, wasted $43.00. EDITED AFTER BUSINESS REPLY: This is an add on after the business sent their reply. Extremely unprofessional response, yes, I know ice melts, but don’t offer it as an extra if extra attempts are not made to try to keep the plants from arriving in a decent condition. Other companies use dry ice packs, just a suggestion. Plus, instead of a snarky remark, they could have offered to remedy the situation and reimburse me my money. I am not one to usually leave bad reviews, but I would stay away from this company.

I order 10 bunchs of hornwort and all I got was a bag of stems and broken peices. most turned white and is dead

I did not receive 4 of my plants(the 4 Anubias Frazeri). I called immediately when I unpacked my order to tell them. I was transferred to the plant department. The guy I talked to said he would take care of it. He said he would mail them out the next day. When I did not receive them I called back. The guy said they would never ship on a Saturday and pretty much called me a liar. The guy said they were definitely in the original package and that I didn't look hard enough. They were not in the package. I was not taken seriously. I am out $30. This is a shame because the plants I did receive were very nice. However, now I probably won't order from here again.

Two day delivery is now at two weeks without an update.
