Well out of all the plants I ordered they all were in good condition except 2 plants which did not make the shipping! But my aquarium looks great!

Plants arrived healthy. However, they were not labeled other than plastic tags being mixed in with the 8 plants I purchased. This is a big problem since I need to guess which ones were which and consequently which to put where in the aquarium.

Plants are great. Second Day air takes at least three days. Thankfully there were no casualties.

I regularly use Aquarium Plants.com as my plant vendor, as the plants are robust and bigger than what you can get here locally in Seattle. That said ... my last shipment did not go out on time ... I'm not sure why. This threw me off an installation schedule, where I had prepped the tank to receive new plan. I had to post a question why the shipment hadn't gone out a week later and it went out that day. I would order on Sunday or in the beginning of the week if you want the plants by the end of the week.

I am rewriting this review based on part of the reason I was not contacted was was my error. The form which I thought would automatically be sent when I ordered the consultation service. They did not receive, but I still think if something is ordered and a form or questionnaire that is suppose to go with the order is not received the company should reach out and let you know, that it was not received. I Also should have followed up when I was not contacted, but got the request for a review so gave a negative review. When I did not have all the facts. I do plan on give Aquarium Plants another try They did call and email me about the bad review to see how they could resolve the issue
