Plants came ice cold, some were mushy and falling apart. Otherwise decent. Have had a lot of plant melt however. Not sure this batch will make it.

I ordered 8 dozen snails and I think I ended up with about 60 at most that are viable and working.

I got 3 different plants in this order. I had gotten hygroohila corymbosa compact bare roots before but this time they were in horrible condition and did not look like the ones I got previously. They do not look good and they are not doing well. I am sorry I bought them. The sword kleiner bar and vallisnernia Italian were in great shape and are doing well. I would have given a 1 star had it not been for the two plants that were good. It is very disappointing because they usually do well

Well the plants I received were nice however my anchors and fert tabs were missing from the order and I had to wait a few days to receive those while my plants sat in a bucket. Hopefully they will survive. Time will tell. And you can forget about these folks responding to emails. A reluctant 3 stars i give.

Plants themselves came quick and in good condition, but carried scuds and pond snails which took a lot more effort to take care of and were unexpected

The Java Moss appears to be dead. I can't give you a better rating until I see if it is truly dead.

Despite what their email boilerplate says, they are not very interested in making customers happy. Their decorum is horrendous and whoever handles their customer service should perhaps be assigned a different position. Once I finally did order, the plants were in good shape upon arrival. I'm shocked I went through with the purchase; it was a good deal and what I needed.

Ordered plants on 10th that were in stock on 2day delivery. Weren’t shipped until the 18th with no correspondence
