Small plants and won't stay anchored. Tangles up on everything

Disappointed. I have ordered a couple of times and it was fine. My last order was less than impressive. Small plants for the money. Paid $13 for some bucepelandra that was about a $5 sample. Picture on the website was deceiving. Basically got $25 worth of plants for $50. Reached out to indicate I was missing a plant and no response. Hence this review.

Been two weeks and still haven't shipped my plants?

This was the first time I've ordered from this company, I did so because they're based out of Tampa, FL. and since I live in Jacksonville,FL. I thought that I would receive my order promptly and not receive any DOA plants. That was my mistake, I ordered on the 17th and finally received my order on the 24th, only after having to call them to find out what was taking them so long to ship. I was careful to only order plants that their website showed were in stock. My city is only a days shipping from them. When I finally got the order it was missing one item but I didn't call to complain. The plants that were shipped all looked OK and I have no complaints about their products but I will be ordering from someone else in the future since I've received plants from the west coast in shorter time frames than this.

Quality and quantity of items is unacceptable. Quite a surprise, considering the pictures on the website. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Live plants delivered 3 days late. Half of live plants turned brown and melted. The remaining seem to survive but in poor health. Hopefully they can recover somehow. Thanks, Long

Shipping info and tracking are very misleading and I think a lot of problems could be avoided if they explained the shipping and order info better. The way the orders are placed, filled and shipped seems like a horrible lazy process that could be changed slightly or even just reworded to make things easier for the customer as well as the business and easier to understand. Also most of the plants I received were not nearly as quality as I thought they should be. I’ve received much higher quality plants from other places. One thing I did like about my experience was the pricing and selection of plants. I think with just a few minor changes this company could do great things. It’s a real shame that things can’t handled smoother. But If your looking for potted plants or more common plants the quality is pretty good and with the prices and quantity received it is well worth it. But some plants like I said were in poor condition. My overall experience was okay I only recommend this company for more common plants especially if you need a large quantity as the size of the plants was great for the common ones. so if that’s what your looking for this may be a good option. Just try not to stress over the shipping as it seems a little complicated and confusing.
