I wish I could give higher stars, because the plants I got were in great condition. I emailed them several times with questions. When I finally was able to research on my own, a couple of the plants I wanted sold out. The plants themselves came in a USPS cardboard box, but an arrived in great condition. The box itself had been crushed in transit.

the Val, while abundantly rooted , had very dead looking leaves. I planted it anyway and hope it will recover.

I'm pleased with the speed and quality of packaging and shipping. Lily arrived in great condition. But, an email I sent inquiring about a possible change to my order was completely ignored.

I was expecting that the Java fern that I received, would have have longer roots. Unfortunately they were not even an inch big. Disappointed

The lack of response to an email about wrong plants.

The order arrived on time and quickly but the plants I received were unfortunately not in very good shape.

Great selection of plants. All healthy. However the hornwort I purchased was completely infested with leeches, makes my life a bit harder so I took off two stars.

The plants look good so let’s see how they do this week. However my main issue was that I ordered the Ludwigia from the buy 2 get 1 sale section (I purchased 2) and only received two bunches of stems.
