Paid for 2 day shipping on November 4th. Order arrived on November 14th with one of the plants I ordered a quantity of 3 was mostly brown. Underwhelmed so probably won't order from them again unless they reach out with shipping charge refund.

The only shipping option offered on my 1 piece dry goods order was expedited. While annoying on its own that I had to pay $17 to ship some plastic bits, it was equally annoying that they took a week to fulfill the order, and ship it! If you’re going to limit customers to either pick-up, or expedited shipping, don’t drag your feet shipping it!

The plants came all brown and wilted. They were packaged terribly and were a total bust. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Several weeks ago purchased red root floaters (nearly all died), staurogyne repens (living but not growing) and rosefolia (doing well). Had a few snails introduced to tank, as well as some new types of algae. No fish losses, but trying to reign in some tank parameters that went askew with the purchase.

The plants seemed healthy, but had a lot of sludge/debris and what looked to be bugs included with them. By the time I sanitized them, cleaned them, and quarantined them before putting them in my tank, they weren't as nice/healthy. Ended up throwing out some. I shouldn't have to do all that. Definitely expected to have cleaner plants.

I was not happy with the condition of the plants upon arrival. The cold pack had melted and the plants were hot and dried, some fell apart as soon as we unpacked them. What remained we planted and we shall see how they do. They took 3 days to arrive when we paid the fee for 2 days. Makes me unhappy.

Owner has a REALLY bad attitude. I have chosen to update my review after my conversation with them. Had I known this is how they would handle a fairly small issue, I would’ve never ordered from them at all. They are so tactful with customer service, they even called me a democrat as an insult in their last email… I did not receive one of the plants I ordered. The paper the plants were wrapped in was shredded by the time I unpacked everything and it sat around for a while. There was nothing left in there. As I was too busy to add the plants to my tank immediately, I treated them with bleach and put them in a bowl for a week or so. I didn’t notice something was missing until I went to place another order (different company) and a lightbulb went off that I had already ordered some. My fault for not checking sooner. But dang! Instead of just pointing to their policy (that I wasn’t aware of) they got upset about a neutral review and chose to send accusations (in caps-lock) and insults my way. Seriously, they could’ve just sent me a link to their policy. Neutral reviews happen. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen. But this is certainly not the way to go about resolving anything.
