Plants took over 2 weeks to get to me
Plants took over 2 weeks to get to me. All arrived dead. Plants were potted poorly and extremely difficult to even try to separate from the rock wool. Not impressed.

Hey Daniel, I see your order was shipped on the 5th and didn't arrive to you until the 11th, Even though this is the shipping companies' responsibility once it leaves our facility, we will take care of you. As far as the dwarf hair grass being potted poorly, technically they are not meant to be taken out of the rock wool that they are grown in as they are such a 'fine' plant. You can break them in 1/2 or 3rds and plant it right into your substrate and they would spread out from there. If you want the dwarf hairgrass in bare root form, I suggest the Tissue cultured. I will try calling you so we can get you taken care of.
