Well it might have been more on me but the plants are dead, after shipping them as 2 day and only being in my tank for a week. The ice pack may have been too much coming from FL to WA state but they didnt look great once they got here so might need to watch the shipping type and weather. Overnight is better ya all.

The plants arrived healthy but they were loaded with freshly hatched snails and freshly laid snail eggs.

I thought the plants would come sooner after selecting 2 day shipping, but you have to read carefully. They cut on Monday and ship so if you order on a Weds, you won't be getting it for at least a week. Well, shipping took even longer than 2 days from the cutting/shipping dates even though I paid extra. Not sure why. So the plants arrived well packaged, and as a nice amount too. They were a little sad from the long journey but perked up after planting.

Last year I bought some plants from your store. Unfortunately a bladder snail 1 or more. I saw 3 then 10 then 50. I couldn’t control them. It was bad. Hundreds I tried every thing 3 weeks ago I decided to clean the tank out completely. Starting over I ordered some plants from your store again i received the package last week and to my horror, I saw and removed 3 bladder snails. I spoke to a gentleman in your store he was very frank if you saw them there’s probably more horrified I kept looking in the tank and yesterday I saw 1 more. The gentleman told me about a substance to use and a particular fish to buy. I have more plants coming this week I still like your plants I just can’t stand those snails.

The anubias has I ordered were well-sized, with plenty of good leaves and a healthy appearance, but I think the roots were cut too short. My order came with some stowaway snails that I had to pick and brush off. I hope I got them all since my tank is just recovering from an infestation.

The Christmas moss came completely brown so I am not sure how long would it take to grow or turn into green. Also one plant from the order was missing for which I received credit.

I bought 50 pot anubias nana petite.but they send a lot small plants

I was disappointed that the size was very small and were just cuttings, not rooted plants. Maybe the description said that and I didn't notice it.
