I placed an order Wed. I called and emailed Sunday and Monday to see if my plants would be on the Tue ship date. (Plants are collected Monday and shipped Tue/Wed/or Thur. You could contact the shop before harvest date to confirm or change ship date per their policy.) I didn’t hear back until Thursday. I was told they shipped the day prior and would arrive Friday. They did not arrive til Monday. The message I recovered from USPS said they actually shipped Thursday. About 1/2 of the plants were brown and mushy. All jungle vale and all the grass. The moss balls and other plants were fine. I immediately emailed them including pictures per their online policy (within two hours of receipt) and did not get a reply. Hopefully I can get a return with PayPal. 100$ for mushy plants.

I placed an order that I forgot to to add an ice pack to so I asked and they said to place another order and they would combin them. I did this 1 order made it alive 2nd didn't. I've had no response in fixing it at all. I emailed called and left a voicemail. At this point they're ignoring me and it's wrong. If they would have combined the order like they said they would there would be no issue.

i ordered a few plants but they had a lot of duckweed, snail eggs, and weird red worms in them. i spent about 2 hours trying to clean them out but i couldn't, it was too much. i'm not super experienced in quarantining plants or anything like that, i just wanted some nice aquarium plants that's all. these plants were supposed to be for a betta aquarium on my office desk so i couldn't risk getting duck weed or snails or worms in them because it's supposed to be a clean professional display kind of thing. i emailed them explaining what happened and asking for a refund but nobody replied i honestly forgot about the whole thing and ordered the plants from somewhere else that i've had a better experience with but i just got an email asking me for a review so now i don't know if i should go to my bank or what. i wouldn't have ordered them if i knew they'd be full of pests, i feel like that should be an up front disclaimer. i understand stuff happens but it's not a good feeling for it to be a surprise. it feels a little like i was tricked and now im being ignored.

Beyond rude and disrespectful to customers. This is an ongoing issue with AquariumPlants.com Look at their customer complaints on the Better Business Bureau. They keep getting the same response from customers who they made mistakes with orders and they respond with nasty messages and hate towards customers. They’re not professional and don’t care about customers. I never received any tracking information on my live plants shipment. I have to know when the plants are delivered so I can get them out of the cold so they don’t freeze. Not asking much to expect them to provide shipping info. I paid for shipping that comes with tracking. But they don’t want to understand that they’re in the wrong and attack me. I have a valid complaint against them with the BBB go see the response they sent me on the BBB site to understand how unprofessional they are

Arrived rotten

My order was placed on 1/18/24. I still don't have any plants. I finally called and was told that some of the plants i ordered did look good. I worked out something with the gentleman i spoke with but i didn't get any update of any kind. 1/28/24 and stll not sure to expect.

I already explain to company. My bad experience plans came to me with not acceptable bed shape the company send me request to send a picture and I explain I don't know how to do those things. I always depends on my adult children when they come visit I do not receive any response from company after that so I lose my $45 and I say do not send me any more mail I'm not gonna buy anything from you again that was very shame and bad experience.

Worst place to ever buy anything from first time and last time I'm never ever buying anything from here again never ordering from here again I've been trying to get my money back and you know what doesn't seem like it's working every single plant that arrived arrived dead one of the plants wasn't even the right plant I asked for a banana plant I don't know what the hell they gave me the worst place ever I do not recommend it I will never recommend this place to anybody was a waste of money and honestly this made me not want to buy anything online from anyone I'd rather go to the store myself and choose it for myself so I know exactly what I'm getting
