I placed an order a week a ago. My credit card was charged and I haven't heard anything from you.

This review isn’t for the plants. It’s for the customer service. They basically lie so don’t trust whatever they tell you on the phone. I was told they would refund one of my shipping charges as they combined 2 of my orders. And after messages and emails no response

Order placed 9/27. It is 10/7 and the order status still says awaiting fulfillment. Two emails and two messages were sent via website with zero response. If a refund is not issued within 24 hours, I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.

Plants looked great however, they didn’t send my glue with the order, I messaged them. They told me to check the box again... It’s not In there. Needed the glue to install my moss but had to get it elsewhere because they never got back with me. I’ll up my stars once they either send the glue or give me a refund on the glue.

I have to say I’m very disappointed. I ordered 15 plants from this company on August 28th, after a week my order still had not been fulfilled. I called and was told I had purchased my plants just after their shipping cutoff for that week, which is understandable. So I expected my plants to be shipped the following week, but the order still was “unfulfilled” when I checked the status. So I called again with no answer, I tried messaging through their website, no answer. A few days later I sent an email regarding the status of my order and of course no answer. It’s now been another 6 days and I haven’t heard anything, so I tried calling again and just as I started leaving a message the voicemail said it was full and hung up. It’s now been two weeks. I was really excited about this company but I can’t say I would recommend them or use them again after this.

I specifically ordered temple plants NARROW leaf instead of regular/board leaf. They sent out regular/board leaf. I called and they told me that's the correct plant and that's it.

One start is too much for this company, do you have a zero start? I ordered just one item but after a long wait it was never completed so never shipped and have to cancel!!

Plants were dead on arrival. Not only dead but the wrong plants were sent. None are alive today.
