I was not provided with any tracking number to track my order. I sent an email to request a tracking number and my email was totally ignored. With the summer heat, it is really a concern that the plants are left in the heat for a long period of time and there is no way to monitor what is going on. Update: I did receive an email informing about the 4th of July and the tropical storm Elsa interfering with the shipping. I do not know if the email was the respond to my 2 emails asking for a tracking number or if it is an email broadcast to all the customers. I did appreciate that they added an ice although I forgot buy it. So, for that I would give them 2 additional stars.

Expensive shipping.

Received everything that was ordered. Dwarf Sag was looking a little rough and after a week started to rebound nicely. Can really tell that they had a strong root structure and were able to survive.

The plants I ordered came in excellent condition.

Plants arrived in good shape. Would have been really great had the bags been labeled.

Great plants, healthy and ready to grow right out of the box. A little pricey though for their size. But they grow so I’m happy with the purchase.

Plants looked beautiful. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that one of the bundles had stems folded up in a rubber band but the stems all broke from being folded. I’m hoping the plants will still grow though.

I have ordered from this site extensively. The plants arrive as expected and I have been very pleased. My only negative comment refers to the number of snails that arrive with the plants.
