I don't generally write negative reviews but since I have gotten no response from the company, I felt it necessary. I ordered 4 plants and only received 3 of them. The ones I got were nice and arrived quickly. One plant was never shipped and I cannot get a response from anyone by phone or message. They owe me a plant or refund.

Plants came with snails and caterpillar like worms !

Order screwed up. My order was not shipped with the proper plants. I have attempted to contact them about resolving this but with no success. If you respond and send me the proper plants for my order I will update my opinion.

Plants came with unwanted snails. Plants were also very brown and not green and did not come with the ice pack that I purchased for shipping

Hello, I am frustrated with this order I placed on Oct.26th. The order was updated and sent on I believe the 3rd of this month and I have yet to receive my package as I’m certain plants are no longer living at this time.
