I ordered one ice pack along with my plant order and it wasn't enough to handle this heat we are experiencing here in the east. My wisteria was blanched and had to be thrown out when i opened the box. If one ice pack wasn't sufficient surely your company, with your delivery experience, could have thrown in an extra ice pack at no additional charge.

I received healthy plants with no algae, but I was missing one plant from my order. I ordered too many plants anyway so I don't care, but it was missing. No bugs or nymphs either! I've ordered from here several times and will continue to do so.

The buce in the order were as perfect as.could be. The downoi were.ok, but the quantity made up for the quality. Im overall satisfied, but would have preferred better quality over the amount. I am in no means dissatisfied. Still worth it.

Good plants; weird shipping. The website promised "free second day shipping." It seems that means "you might or might not get your plants within a week." Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but I was on a tight schedule building an aquarium for a client, and it caused a real problem. So, clearer advertising on shipping times would really help. On the plus side, when I explained the situation they shipped the plants to me next-day air at no extra charge to me, which was appreciated and made the build possible. No problems at all with the plants themselves. All were healthy and are growing well.

Plants came earlier than expected! If you order in summer I definitely recommend adding ice packs. Mine was a small order shipped to SC and after 3 days the single ice pack was melted. Plants looked ok and are thriving now with new shoot growth after being in the tank a few weeks. Note: I noticed 3 rogue baby snails today. Hoping that wouldn’t happen, but I know it was never a guarantee. Not upset with a little extra cleaning help, but will have to remove if they become a breeding nuisance. Will consider Alum dip on my next order. Overall very pleased!

Foremost, the two plant varieties I order were correctly identified (something other sites, don’t always achieve). While the packaging was reasonable and kept the plants alive during shipping. The specimens I received weren’t amazing; I’m not going to go snap an Instagram photo of them. But they were healthy and viable. Stress from shipping is expected, and I suspect everything I ordered will return to full health after a few weeks of care. As online plant orders go, this was a good experience.

Most of them arrived in great shape however some were overly wilted.

This is my second time ordering from aquarium plants. plants always arrive quick and in decent shape. best way to put it is you pay for what you get. plants always recovered but do show up with a few yellow spots and dead limbs that i trim before planting. im happy with what I receive in the long run
