Giant Val was mostly brown. Dwarf Hairgrass was embedded in a metal plate, not coco fiber as advertised. Impossible to cut or remove plants. I ordered a large Amazon Sword, two medium were substituted. Read their shipping manifesto before ordering.

Never received my order called multiple times no answer even sent an email Idk wat customer service skills they have.
dismayed ill treated C.
confusing emails wait to long for plants to ship but getting top dollar for shipping costs. Nice selection of plants but can get them at other sites with out the attitude given by customer service reps. It's hard to urinate someone off who's shopping online, but not impossible as these folks have proven.
Disappointed
Needed follow up care for a wilted nearly dead plant that arrived in the box. So I wrote 2 emails asking for help with fertilizer suggestions. No help or advice ever arrived. I can be treated that indifferent someplace else.

Purchased the custom aquascape service. Filled forms out. Emailed several times with no response. Called the number listed on the site. I haven't heard from a soul from aquariumplants at least a month after purchase. Maybe this review will get their attention

No shipment over a week after the order.

When I placed my order I thought it would be processed right away. Especially since I was charged for 2 day delivery. Someone dragged their feet on this one taking a week to fulfill the order. I only have one plant that probably isn't going to make. I love the plant selection - no issues there. Fulfillment times are the issue.

About half the plants I received will be able to be saved the other few I got are in such bad shape there is no saving them.. I usually don't write reviews or complain but I've also tried to contact this company from email to calling to Facebook and have not got one response back I don't wanna do business with a company I can't get ahold of if I have issues. I mean these plants looked like hell I really want my money back I have never ordered plants from any other company and received plants that looked this bad I even ordered extra I've packs just to be safe .. I do not recommend them I would do buceplants or aquarium coop
