The plants where sent in winter with out any heat pack what so ever. Needless to say the plants were basically frozen and a mushy mess.

I am a returning customer. Unfortunately, I did not receive my shipment yet (been 7 days) and I am not sure if the plants would have survived!! I wish to have a refund otherwise. Thanks.

Hello, I clearly ordered 2 Tidal 75 foam filters. You even sent me the print out verifying the order but when I opened the box, it was Tidal 110 Foam filters which do not fit my filter.

The rep told me that the 20# Luxfer cylinder I purchased had 6061-T6 stamped on the cylinder which was a lie. That really ticked me off. It’s probably some knockoff cylinder and if it is a Luxfer it’s probably the cheap ones. See below: Hi, I didn’t see a lot of information on your aluminum CO2 cylinders other than it says Luxfer. Ordered after checking the offer (in home page, huge font) of 2-day shipping (of course for $10) - got the plants after a week - also the plants are of sub-par quality. Received mere 4 stems of Telanthera Rosefolia (Alternanthera reineckii) out of which one was broken, these stems had some white tiny flowers on them suggesting they were grown in emersed condition. Extremely disappointing experience, the owner was made aware but he did nothing to compensate.

Horrible customer service they waited 4 days still fulfillment order/plants? I needed to reach out to them!?! I asked for a refund they were rude to me. I will never order from this company again. I will tell my customers and everyone that orders plants not to use this company.
