AquariumPlants.comReviews of aquariumplants.com

The show pieces fit perfect and were already waterlogged / heavy enough which was very convenient. Only complaint is there were still dried plant roots and glue from the previous setup it was used on as well as what appeared to be a dried up snail or creature of sorts unless it was more glue in a weird shape. Doesnt bother me much but for the price was not expected. cleaned up easy and loving the pieces! Thanks again!

Delivery was quick! A few stems were not doing very well upon arrival. Hope they survive!

Prompt shipping, plants wrapped with care, only disappointment was the bulb plant i got - it was a very very young sprout so the leaves were badly damaged and had some rot, but i think it’ll recover.

I ordered plants and snails, 12 Nerite. The site said 2 day shipping was fine for plants and snails. Maybe OK for the northern states but I live in Tucson where the temps are already in the mid 90’s. Site said ice pack was needed, so I ordered that too. Two days after shipment, plants arrived ok but snails were all dead. I wrote them about the dead snails and no response. Very disappointing. I had ordered plants and substrate many years ago and never had a problem. Considering what happened I would not have spent the $20 for the snails and just went with the plants. Ed

My plants arrived in good time and in good shape, just wish they were bigger.

The price was very good, but the website could have been clearer. The shipper for AquariiumPlants doesn't ship to Hawaii but AP didn't know until my order was rejected. AP was gracious and called me to to let me know and they returned my money promptly.

Cold pack that I paid extra for was very small and was not cold when it arrived. Was not told on ordering that they ship out once a week on Tuesday. I had to call to get a schedule. Packaged arrived in 2 days as indicated when ordering. Tuber looks good. Fingers crossed that it will grow into a beautiful Lotus. I'm sure it will.

Your product is fine, well packaged and I’m happy with it. FedEx, or least here, is never on time. With any vendor. I’d cheerfully pay UPS. Never had an issue with them.
