I asked for a change of Shipping address on my order and no one responded to me so the order of plants is dead at a location I can not pick up from.

Shipping information was non existent. I was missing a plant and immediately sent pics of what I recieved vs what I ordered. I was told to check again. I checked in all the wrapping 3 times and never heard back. So I paid for a plant I never got and I'm assuming they're fine with that.

Never got my order and couldn’t get the company to contact me…. They stole my money

I ordered juncus repens, but instead received dwarf hair grass. Plants also come with a lot of snails and snail eggs.

4 days after purchase the owner called me to inform that he was not shipping out my item. Unless I was willing to pay $60 more due to an increase in his cost. Some business owner he is. Must bot be too informed on the consumer act. You must sell and honor all transactions per the item description and original invoice. Never in a million years would I ever later call a client and say hey you owe me more than we agreed to. Bad business. I'm sure the product is great, but that's not the problem here

Horrible service, nothing was shipped. Would not answer emails or phone calls. Stay away!!!!

I never received my shipment, first order I did was fantastic. Unfortunately this one never came.

Wouldn't honor the price online
