False Advertising

lost two snails on arrival rest doing fine

Placed my order on April 19th. Order status remained pending fulfillment for 15 days. After sending my SECOND email requesting update on my order, it was canceled and refund sent. I would have really liked to have done business. Choosing to cancel the order instead of making it right was a very poor experience for my first dealing with Aquarium Plants.com.

I did not receive the plants as promised.

Did not receive one of five plants ordered Took over a week to receive order supposedly with two day delivery paid in advance

I paid extra for overnight delivery and it still took took two days to go 100 miles and the Rotala Indica were dead.Total rip off and will never buy from them again.

I have order through this company 3 times now, and then I get a order there has been atleast 1 or more dead snails. This time I had ordered 12 snails, and 9 of died somewhere from there to my house 9 snails out of 12 are dead upon delivery.. I'm not happy and I don't think I will do business with this company again.. I really hope they see this and make it right with me.
